The vision for the 3E Event began ten years ago with the passion to bring the women of our larger community together to dedicate a day to Show Up, Stand Up and Speak Up for ourselves and others as we evoke passion, embrace femininity, and evolve spiritually.
We come together as spiritual beings striving to connect and balance in mind and body. This emotionally enriching experience is beyond expectations. It is a day of letting go of what was – accepting what is – and receiving what is to be.

About the Founder
Liza Boubari is an inspirational Speaker, Author, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Stress, and Domestic Abuse consultant, and Action coach.
Liza founded: the healing center HealWithin, the non-profit HealWithinKids.org for motherless children, the Heal-Talk
Tuesday’s podcast, The 3E Event annual women’s empowering events, and soon the TV show Real-Talk with Liza.
Liza’s 20+ years of professional experience have helped transform and empower thousands of individuals, and organizations, living in the USA and globally.

What is 3E?
- 3 has always been an important number to me. It represents a Trinity of mind, body & emotions. If faith-based, it embodies “the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.”
- E stands for: Evoke, Embrace, Evolve
- The logo creates 3E as if the two are connected at the bottom, but not the top. Meaning = we are connected as one, yet we are not the same. We come from our mothers, yet we are each unique, distinct individuals.
- Last but not least, when you turn the 3&E to face one another, E3 looks like a woman’s body.

The 3E Event is on Saturday, September 30th, 2023. The event starts at 9:00 am.
What is the Dress Code for The 3E Event?
Since the event is taking place at the end of summer, wear cool, casual clothes. You might want to bring a light sweater if you find the inside air conditioning too cold. The day will end with a book signing and Red Carpet celebrations early evening. Bring something to change into or come dressed to impress!
